Everyone that watched the HBO 24/7 series should remember the first episode. In it they mentioned that each season has its ebb and flow. After tonight, I think it is safe to say we are in ebb tide for the time being. The story of tonight’s game is right there in the picture. The Islanders got up early and then all hell broke loose. It was an embarrassing night to be a hockey fan in general. Of course when the dust settles it won’t matter how classless a certain New York team may be, it will just be another hit to the struggling Pens line-up. But March is just around the corner and the season is far from over. Go Pens.
